Plan-D Has Changed My Life!
This is a great companion book to Plan-D and contains dozens of delicious recipes. These recipes are quick and easy to prepare - even for those with families and who work and are strapped for time.I have struggled with my weight for the past 20 years, yo-yoing up and down +/- 30 lbs. I had success with Weight Watchers, but after reaching my goal weight, I slipped back into old habits and the weight gradually came back.Then I met Dee at a cooking class and the things she said about nutrition and avoiding processed foods made so much sense to me. I bought her book and I've been following the recommendations Dee makes for 6 months now and my life has changed for the better:- I'm at my goal weight and am having no trouble maintaining it- I feel better: more energy, more alert, less tired- I'm not depriving myself of anything I want to eat- My blood pressure is in the normal range for the first time in 20 yearsIf you have problems with your weight or simply don't feel that you are in optimal health, I cannot recommend this cookbook and Plan-D highly enough. I've also given copies to family and friends - it's a gift of good health for those who want to live a better life.

Life Changing
I have been using this cookbook and The Science of Skinny to try to live a more healthful life. This cookbook expands nicely on the recipes in The Science of Skinny. My only criticism is that I would like to see an expanded appendix. The ingredients are items that you may not have ever used regularly, and after you make an initial recipe, particularly if you aren't cooking for more than one or two people, you have these ingredients that you want to use in other things and unless they are a main ingredient they aren't cross-referenced. Takes a lot of time to try to find them elsewhere. The recipes themselves are very good, everything I have tried so far. AND I have lost weight without the horrible cravings! I feel great!

" Buy This Book To Learn How To Eat Healthier "
Dee McCaffrey's Cloudless &Sugarless Cookbook is ABSOLUTELY fantastic. I read her book first. It is called "The Science Of Skinny" and it really opened my eyes to the things that I have been putting in my body. I am dealing with a brain tumor and what I eat has become even more substantially important. Her cookbook gives alternative recipes that taste delicious, without putting toxic ingredients into your body !!!

Yummy Process Free Recipes!
The recipes in this book are absolutely delicious. I recently purchased this book after reading The Science of Skinny and am trying to eliminate white flour and sugar from my diet. Tonight I made the cornbread, homemade granola, and flourless muffins. All 3 recipes turned out fantastic and I'm ready with snacks for the week. Thanks Dee for helping people like me get healthier! I definitely recommend this book.

A good reference
I thought some of the recipes were pretty basic. Also, she includes ingredients that she says not to use in her other book, The Science of Skinny, so feeling a little confused. Aside from that, great resource for someone looking to eat processed free.

Not What I expected
I was surprised by what I learned of the author's ideas on healthy eating. I could not go along with everything I read but there was some very solid, helpful ideas expressed in the book.

Plan-D Cookbook Companion
Great book, very informative and I've enjoyed all the recipies that I've tried. The "Perfect Cornbread" recipe it absolutely wonderful. I had a hard time finding Whole Wheat Pastry Flour at the groceries stores (try your health food stores)but I now use that in place of all while flour and so far it has been working out great.

OK Interesting
I'm glad I bought this and am using it a bit. But, after reading the Skinny book, I expected more. There are some interesting reciepes, but I think too few for the money and the promise. Large type isn't a subsitute for quantity. Also, as in the Skinny book, the index lacking.
