Alsa Vanilla Flavored Sugar with Natural Vanilla Extract - 12 x 7.5 g pack (2 Pack)

I dont know if I received a stale product, but these vanilla sugar packets look and taste nothing as what I bought in the past. They taste blunt, and dont smell like any vanilla. They have zero flavor. I have used similar product many times in the past, but this one was a big let down. I would have returned it if the window for returns was still open.

I am from France and I live in the us since 3 years ... I could never find this sucre Vanille to make my mom's cake recipe!So happy to find it on amazon, a little pricey but worth it :)

This product has a weird texture—like a powder, not like actual sugar at all. And I didn’t read well enough to see that it comes in little individual envelopes. Don’t like it at all, not what I was looking for and I won’t be using it.

Whenever you make pastry or a desert that demands sugar and vanilla, the only way to go. Had to chuckle that they changed the color of the package that had been around for 60 or more years.

This ALSA vanillated sugar add-on uses real vanilla, unlike the other, the Dr. Oetker sugar vanillaThe Alsa is also more flavorful when added to pastry dough and to fillings.
