SeaKlear AquaPill - WinterPill 2 ¾

I used the AquaPill this past season and was really impressed with how well it worked. Closing the pool in October is always a bit of a chore, but this part was simple, you just drop the pill in and let it do its thing. No fuss, no complicated steps, which I appreciated. Pool is inground 18x36 and 8' at deep end. Bought this late 2024 and didn't open pool in 2025 (except to lower water, due to rain). Used Safety cover and black winter (solar type) cover. Opening this year (2026) was no problem. Water was clear with a little algae in the corners. Funny thing. Didn't note this is for 15,000 Pool, when mine is 22,000 gallons.

I have been using this for a couple of years now. It's easy to use. Puncture with the supplied tool, throw it in, close up pool. I open in the spring to a crystal clear pool.

Very small. Didn’t work.

Dropped this in end of October. Put the cover on and crossed my fingers. Pulled the cover off yesterday and I could not be more impressed. Crystal clear water.

We have used these pills for the past three years closing the pool and it is awesome. I will say that the size has gotten smaller....not sure why but the pool stays impressively clear upon opening again in the summer regardless. Its definitely a repeat purchase every year. Overall I am happy with it.

In early October I over chlorinated our 10,000 gallon above ground pool, threw this Pill Pool, and then winterized and covered it. Here we are 7+ months later. I took the cover off, and the water is clear and nice with just a touch too high chlorine. Honestly, the chems are close enough that I could have gone swimming immediately after removing the cover. 100% chance I will buy this again this fall, but I probably won't over chlorinate my pool too much this time as the pill seemed to handle it just fine.

It definitely made a difference in our spring opening. I also used the spring one and the water was crystal clear with no need to balance the chemicals as they were already perfect
