They work
I have an enlarged hole in one ear and my earrings always drooped. I needed to readjust it all day long. Now the earring stays in place all day. Thia was a great purchase.

Need to prime it a few times before wearing
Need to insert your earring post into the back a few times to open it before wearingThey twist and have to be turned right side up. Frustrating!!

Don’t do what they are advertised to do
These are advertised to keep ear rings from drooping. They do not make any difference. They are also very tight, hard to get earring through.

Not what I needed
Unfortunately the description and pictures weren't good enough, as I had searched for something I could use with my diamond earrings that have the screw on backs...I had no idea these already had the little loop backs, so they don't work at all. I'm sure they're awesome as full backs for other heavy earrings, but just not for my purpose
