Initial review: This product was purchased for a hefty price of 3990/- INR on 11 Jul 2019. The only reason I paid such a price was its claim that its completely waterproof and meant for use in heavy rains (travel, bike ride etc.). Today (Day 15 after purchase) was the first time when I got an opportunity to try it in heavy rains and to my disbelief there was plenty of water inside the bag. I have been carefully following the instructions of packing it. My laptop, cell-phone, wallet and other valuables inside the bag were wet!! The bag was hardly used in rain for 30 mins and these are the results. You can see the images of inside of the bag which show water (must be leaked from the seams/stitches). The process for closing the bag is tedious which is acceptable if the bag is actually waterproof. There was no warranty card or any other decent package when it was delivered but I disregarded it then. Now I am really feeling that the product is substandard and not at all worth for what it is claimed or advertised. I request the seller/manufacturer to look into my complaint and replace the product. Have to close it by folding down 3 times and then buckling it. Super strong fabric and buckles. Has a waist belt for convenience. Comes with an emergency whistle in the chest strap.
