Great product, even better tech support
This is an excellent product. As others have mentioned, the various interfaces (the box, and the TCMS software) are not the most user-friendly. However, the technical support is 5-star. Whether it is by live chat (which I used frequently in the set up phase), email, or phone, the guys are top notch technical folks, with excellent customer service. So, if you buy it, and are having trouble setting it up, don't despair, just call tech support. Once you do get everything set up - there is little this product can't do in terms of time attendance clocking and access control. I would recommend that you continue to use your other recording system for at least a month while you get all of the kinks worked out of the set up. But once it is setup, it's a dream. You can easily see who is coming in habitually late, or clocking in early. You can set it up to ignore early or late clock ins. You can generate a quick report showing manual corrections. And the biometric (fingerprint - make sure you enroll at least 2 or 3 different fingers for each employee) is the best part - it works quickly with few retries needed, and prevents buddy punching. I recommend this product, and I recommend this company. For the price, you are getting enterprise-quality software!
