Opened the book and one of the table of contents pages is falling out. Nice!

Good book, but endless typos
This book is great content-wise, but there are typos on every other page, some of which negatively impact the content... There are also typos and/or incorrect answers in the Online Quizzes and other test prep that come with the text. Not sure how this happens...
