Excellent product & even better customer service.I messaged the company to say that although it doesn't impair the use of the product, there was a small piece of plastic broken off the water retaining tray & a small crack that was fixable - I just wanted to bring it to their attention, just in case it proved a problem.Their response was to automatically send me a replacement planter & offer their apologies - stating "at your disposal" if there was anything else they could do.What fantastic customer service - an outstanding experience.These planters were for my Mum's balcony at her retirement apartment & gave her much joy being able to grow flowers without taking up valuable & limited decking space. I planted them up for her with 200 Double flowering dwarf tulips initially - a stunning display appreciated by everyone. From there she managed her own summer planting to much success & joy.Just Wonderful (-: xxx

love these planters. They sit well on the fence with no slipping or sliding. The middle part can be a bit tricky as it is so shallow but geraniums grow so well it doesnt really matter
