This candle is honestly on another level compared to most others I have tried. The scent of cedar comes through beautifully and has a warm, woodsy character that instantly makes the space feel inviting. There are subtle earthy and smoky notes layered in that give it a depth you do not usually find in standard candles. The fragrance lingers long after the flame is out which is something I really enjoy. The blend of coconut, beeswax, and soy burns very evenly and produces a steady clean flame. The wax pools nicely and there is no tunneling when it is cared for properly. The jar itself feels substantial and has a modern design that looks good as part of the room décor even when the candle is not lit. It is a bit pricey which makes it more of a special occasion candle for me rather than something I burn every day. However the quality justifies the cost. I reach for it when I want the house to feel elevated and welcoming and without fail it is the candle that gets me the most compliments from guests. The burn time is also impressive. The 8.5 ounce size lasts close to fifty hours which means it holds up well even with extended use. Between the fragrance, the presentation, and the longevity, this has become the candle I will always keep on hand for those times when I want something truly special.

I have been spending too much money on Diptyque and Nest? This is my new go to brand for candles, I bought the Ash scent. It filled the whole house with the most wonderful and complex scent, Then bought the Cedar Stack. Love it! Smells like a holiday candle without being too holiday.

Their aesthetic and descriptions worked on me... as did the consistently good reviews for this scent, but it's basically a Yankees candle scent... I was expecting a crisp woody, musky scent (especially given one of the comparisons to Le Labo's amazing cedar scent) but it's very perfumy, and there's kind of soapy body to the scent, laced with cinnamon and vanilla, like a cheap Christmas candle. It honestly is kind of stomach churning and sickly sweet smelling.

The smell was great, but be careful once you get to the end of the candle. Most candles have wicks designed to stop the candle burn at a safe place near the end of its life — boy smells did not do that, so I was left with a candle that exploded on my table — burning a hole in my table top. If you’re designing anything that is flammable, make it safe. The instructions tell you to stop burning the candle at about a half inch, but given the blacked-out glass design, you can’t accurately tell where that is. If you want to burn your house down this candle is a great buy.

These are the best candles out there. The small, how they burn. Overall they cost a bit much, but don't all candles cost a lot these days? So if you are going to spend the money, get these. I think I get 2 a month and they can burn 20 hours. Enjoy them, the company is cool too.

I get migraines and this candle is one of the few that doesn’t give me a migraine or make them worse when I have one. Great option for my girlfriend as she loves the scent and loves having candles lit. Not sure if it truly lasts 50hr.
