Its either Polyester or Synthetic
It is mentioned in description (95% Cotton 5% Spandex). It is not cotton. It looks more polyester or synthetic material.

I ordered this for my 5-year old. By habit I ordered a larger size but it came out as expected. the fabric is very very good and these are ideal for wearing under skirts/ frocks/ uniform skirts. very comfortable and neat colors that go well under all dresses.
