Update, I gave it a second chance.
I'll include my original review on the bottom, but I had to up the stars because I gave it a second chance. So I ran out of the normal foundation I use (Gabriel), was low on funds and needed to wait to get another bottle, still had this on my shelf and since I didn't have anything else decided to just use it. To minimize the oiliness I used very little and let it dry for a few minutes before applying powder to set it. It doesn't last as long as other foundations (a few hours before it "splits"), but it did the trick for the time, I got used to the smell, and surprisingly after about a week it cleared up my skin. I guess I had not been moisturizing enough and the oils in the foundation helped. I won't be buying this again, can't justify the cost, but I will be moisturizing more - and for that, I'll give it 3 stars.Original review:Cons:smells awfulburns eyes if you rub them after applyingmakes my face itch - unwearablevery greasy and comes off easily - still greasy after several hours and face looks shinypowder over it is a requirementaccentuates flaws like pimples and dry skin, putting powder over makes it worselooks terrible in photosshade s90 was darker than I thoughtexpensivePros:organicNext time I'll order samples, I feel like I wasted $50 but it's my own fault... the hunt for a good organic foundation continues - next I'll be trying nvey eco deluxe creme foundation with the hope it's not too dark and covers better than this. I *won't* use this until it runs out, makes my face itch and look greasy. It's too bad because I read such lovely reviews and for a $50 product was expecting more. The only "natural" foundation that's worked for me is Aveda in the lightest shade, but it's not very natural if you read the ingredients - and I prefer to support companies that are actually organic. Keep working on it, Vapour! Maybe cut down on the oil and add a bit of organic lavender fragrance or something. The smell really is awful...Also this is for liquid foundation not the stick, for some reason shade s90 is on this page along with the Luminous stick foundation. Go figure.

Gorgeous and quality
I love this foundation, and I’ve tried many nontoxic brands, liquid and powder. Most recently I switched from Tarte liquid foundation, which had started irritating my skin. This Vapour foundation, like some other reviews say, actually makes my skin BETTER with use. It doesn’t cause flare ups or break outs and my adult acne is calming down. Another huge plus for me is that it is truly water resistant, probably the most water resistant I have experienced, which is great for me since I’m very active (Ballet, Yoga, spin), and this stuff stays on my face and doesn’t drip onto my clothes etc. It’s concistentcy does feel a bit oily compared to others I have tried, but once you perfect your application method and don’t too much on, it’s great. It’s probably counterproductive that I’m ordering through a site and not buying locally (the carbon emissions produced through shipping) but another huge plus is this company’s commitment to renewable energy. I also use the stock concealer and it pairs really well with the foundation.

Almost the best
The product, itself, is five stars. It's smooth and feels moisturizing. It's got great coverage, but feels so much lighter and more breathable than Lancome or Estee Lauder foundations. It used to come in a plastic bottle, and the new, glass bottle is an upgrade. But for some reason, ever since the new packaging, the first few squirts come out very liquid and unusable. I now shake it before the first use, but it doesn't seem to help the problem. Then, when it gets closer to the bottom, the foundation is too thick to pump through the tube, so I have to use a cotton swab to get it out. I wouldn't switch brands because of it, but will take off a review star.

Patchouli smell fades over time!
In early July I shopped Vapour cosmetics for the first time. I ordered several batches of samples from them. I found their foundation shade 110 worked for me, and while I liked the Soft Focus foundation (liquid) I hated the scent to a degree that I didn't think was possible. Vapour recommended their Luminous stick foundation for my skin age/type, so I chose that instead. It was fine. I tucked away the other samples and moved on. Then in December, 110 was looking a bit dark on me so I dug out my samples to try 100. On a whim I tried the Soft Focus sample and was delighted to discover that the offensive odor was gone! Woo hoo! So instead of buying super fresh product from Vapour directly, I decided to order from Amazon, hoping for older stock. I was not disappointed. Very pleased with the unscented Soft Focus foundation!

Really happy with Vapour Foundation
Color is perfect on me. The color blends right into my skin color. Easy to apply. Gentle, natural ingredients. You only need half a pump to one pump for medium to full coverage for your whole face, so one bottle should last a long time (maybe a year or more), so I think it's a great price.A small issue for me is that it doesn't set without powder over it - in other words, it stays oily-feeling and shiny-looking for a few hours unless I make sure to finish with powder. I have moderately oily skin though, so maybe this only happens to us oilies. With powder over it, it's great. I'm definitely glad I bought it.

amazing
I have to say I am always a little skeptical of organic and all-natural makeup because it doesn't always do the job or have staying powder. That being said, I'm obsessed with this foundation, and I'm a makeup snob! Works like a dream! It evens my skin tone, covers blemishes, and makes my complexion look perfect. It's completely organic with healthy ingredients that are actually good for your skin, so I feel good wearing it. I could also swear that my actual skin has improved as well. You can also feel good about the fact that it contains no animal products and isn't tested on animals. A little goes a long way too, I only need about 2 pumps per application. I save time, space, and mess because I don't need a brush to apply it, like I did with powder foundation. I bought a bottle in September and I haven't had to get a new one since (its January).I switched from Bare Minerals to this, and I really liked Bare Minerals!
