They fit my ATH-M40fs headband!
These are my very favorite headphones, I've bought three other pair since I bought these. The others were all more expensive than these, but for my ears these are perfect. You can't buy them anymore and these were in really bad shape on the padded parts.A lot of vendors say they have the padded parts for these but I find 99% of the time they really don't have parts that fit.But Geekria's cover fits great! I put this cover right over the old headband padding which the was flaking off the old black surface covering whatever it was. These (I also bought new ear pads elsewhere) now look good and my Wife is happy because I am no longer leaving tiny black pieces of the old cover everywhere I go. It was fairly easy to put on and would have been super easy if I had ask my wife to help me when I was zipping it up. But I wanted to surprise her.I am very happy with this purchase. It arrived on time!

Gets the job done.
This is what I needed for my ATH-MX50s. I think it will get the job done.PROS: easy to put on, tight fit. seems washable -though no instructions-, zipper head locks into place so does not dangle around. Has some padding inside. Reminds me of the material diving suits are made of (neoprene?).CONS: neoprene (?) material may heat your head on contact -I wish it was some kind of cloth or leatherette-. If you have oily hair, be sure to get the black color. Inside diameter fit is not tight. Will show your dandruff as it doesn't have a smooth slippery surface. Production quality in terms of sewing is not top notch. Looks cheap on the headphone but solves the problem.

I Have M50x headphones but used it for my V-Modas... Worked great!
The leather on my V-Moda LP2s was staring to look ragged and tattered... Unfortunately, no one at the company thought that maybe there should be some sort of replacement for the band when it wears down so I went searching for something to make them look better and to stop the frayed pieces from winding up in my hair...I came across this and thought I would give it a chance... If it did not work on my V-Moda LP2 I also own some M50x so it would not go to waste. Well it worked really well! It is not perfect but that is fine... (Tried to post a pic but Amazon would not upload it for some reason... Sorry...) It fits my needs and stops people asking, "What is that in your hair?" and plucking out pieces of the V-Moda leather much to my embarrassment. LOL

A must for anyone who wants increase durability of their headphones
The head band of my Audio Technica ATH-M50s had deteriorated over few years of use and was looking really bad. Got these as a cover for the band. It's easy to apply and the zipper is of good quality. The good thing about such covers is that it's easy to remove and clean and since it's black in color it won't look dirty either. Material quality feels very good and durable. Also it doesn't adversely affect the fit of the headphones, in fact they actually feel more comfortable over my head now. Overall a good buy.

Cheap, get what you pay for.
Zipper was cheap. Wish I would have gone with a better quality item. Zipper does not stay closed for long.

Better than buying new headphones!
This headband cover saved me from having to replace my ten year old ATH-50 cans. The headband pad was deteriorating and Audio-Technica will only sell the entire headband assembly, not the pad, and the assembly costs nearly as much as a new pair! This headphone band cover is working well for me.

No
Spoke with someone at the company, and I followed what he said, I bought another one from a different company and that worked great. This was a waste of my money, either they mixed up with another order but I tried it and 2 other family members tried, it did not fit my M50x

Pretty good, but also not pretty
Not quite what I was expecting, but it gets the job done. Was really easy to put on, but the look of it is pretty bad. Putting the zipper in the back hides it, but the overall look is not great. It's like a neoprene sock for your headphones. Don't get me wrong, my rating is still high because the quality and use case is definitely being fulfilled, I just wish it was prettier. This did not change the feel of the headphones on my head much. There's obviously a bit more padding, so I have to extend them further, but otherwise it's not noticable, which is a good thing. I also replaced the ear cups with velvet ones (HIGHLY recommend) and this increased comfort overall the most. This looks like it'll hold up fine for a long time and keep my band from falling apart further. I have had the headphones for 5 years now so they lasted pretty long and just needed some loving to freshen them up. This was cheaper than buying a new band.It DOES look like it'll stain and get gross over time if you have event slightly greasy hair or anything like that, so be cautious of that. For the price, I'd buy it again unless I found a better alternative._____Edit after a few month: it's already started getting gross from regular wear. I guess the grease in my hair has stained in, but I don't wear my headphones super long and always have washed hair without product in it. Not a fan of that, but it's holding up fine and it's better than the underlying bit that's falling apart.
