As you can see, there is not a flat top for the visible piercing part. This displays false advertisement. - Revision: I ended up liking them more than what I was expecting! They are really great and you can’t even tell that there is a piercing there. At most it looks like a little bump. These are also clear/see through/transparent. I’d buy again.

So I got my nose pierced less than 3 weeks ago….I know it’s a big no no to change out a piercing that soon. Especially a nose piercing. But mine was pierced with a hoop and I feel like it was just constantly irritated from the hoop moving around so much. Not to mention I have court in 2 weeks and I need something less noticeable. I made sure my hands and the area were EXTREMELY clean before changing it out. But I feel so much better that I changed it! This little stud went in fine, it was a bit slippy thanks to the Dial soap I had all over the place lol. But now that it’s in, it hasn’t budged. I can clean the area better and it’s not constantly moving like my hoop was. I believe it’ll quicken healing time. I saw lots of reviews with studs that had balls on the end or they were too big of a gauge. But mine are as advertised. It’s 20g and it’s a flat head. Just what I needed. It’s more noticeable from the front but it’s barely visible from the side. It works for what I need.

I wear them at work where facial piercings are not allowed. Subtle enough to wear, they come a little long but you can just cut off excess length with scissors and they’re more comfortable.

If I could give zero stars I would. I did not receive what is pictured and described. Definitely smaller than 20g, does not have a flat head but a ball, the stem is too short, and I had a very hard time getting it in my nose because of the sharp curve. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. Save your money and buy something else.

I thought it was going to be flat, but it is a ball. You can still see it’s a retainer, but isn’t as flashy as metal

Disliked these so much. I got them incase I needed them for my new job. Turns out my tiny stud I had in was less noticeable. These are longer than my normal studs. They are noticeable being a sort of white sheer type color not completely clear. And they are very uncomfortable due to the larger size of them.

Ordered these for myself when I started working at a new job, dress code did not allow a visible face piercing. Got these in and you can't tell I have a nose ring.

My daughter needed some of these to put in when she plays softball, as no jewelry is permitted on the field. The first ones we got were a set of a few different shapes that were round and flat. We got those in the "flesh", and "clear". They were neither flesh colored, nor clear, and were very noticeable. These are 100 times better. They fit very flat and very clear. They aren't noticeable unless you are very close, and looking for them, and then it looks like maybe a little blackhead in the center where the post meets the flat head.

My job doesn’t allow jewelry other than wedding rings 🙄 they were making me wear a bandaid on my nose piercing, I've been wearing these and even with them knowing about my piercing they haven’t noticed. I filed them down a tad to get rid of the shine on it and if you’re more then a 2 feet away in the mirror you can’t see it at all even knowing its there. I’ve seen some people in the reviews say they sleep in them… if its a newer piercing i don’t recommend that as i had one come out in my sleep, they are somewhat flexible so they come out rather easily.

These are great can't tell you have one in so can get away with it for work, without it closing up.
