I bought this battery to replace my last aftermarket replacement, and I find that the build quality is comparable. The fit is correct for my EliteBook, and so far, the battery life is good. I will update my review if that changes. The battery itself is unbranded and comes in a plain cardboard box, which I did not expect.

Seems to work just fine. As for battery life, time will tell, if indeed a continuum which lacks physical characteristics can speak.

This battery is great for it's price. I did a three charge/discharge break in as is recommended for batteries. I'm getting just under two hours of use on a Linux operating system, which is known for draining battery life faster than other OS's. Another reviewer commented on having difficulty getting the battery to seat and lock properly. I had some trouble getting it into place, but running both slide locks back and forth until the battery seated properly got it to stay.

After a delay in shipping I was excited to get the laptop battery just in time for a trip. Switched out the old one and everything seemed to work fine, so I packed up the computer. When I got it home and tried to boot the computer it wouldn't work. This isn't to say anything was wrong with the battery, just that I can't really review it because I haven't really tested it out.

Fits and functions exactly as the factory installed battery did.

Hard to find batteries at a good price for five year old laptops. Works perfectly. Thank you.

It's a battery - what can I say other than it's an exact fit for the original, and runs for hours (as opposed to the hour of my worn-out one).Good value for the money.
