I love it. It compliments my Inada Dreamwave Massage chair. The best in stretching. You can feel the relief almost immediately. I have back pain, and when I use it it helps relief this pain. It’s perfect before and after you do your Gym exercises. what’s unique about it is the different intensities it has. U use whatever intensity you like according to the existing need. This makes it unique and very relaxing. It gives such a refreshing feel. The best product I’ve ever bought. I recommend it highly to all who exercise or have back and neck pain.

There does not seem to be a lot of information about this item out there on the Net so I thought I would add my early impressions. Mostly I like it! I have only used it 3 or 4 times so far. I am a 71 year old male golfer with typical stiff/sore back issues like many golfers.I am surprised by the mat's "intensity". Even on the lowest setting, it is quite extreme. I think if your back is in pretty bad shape, this item would be too much.There is one pair of bladders that hits me in the mid-upper back and when it fills and the shoulders and hips are deflated, it causes a pretty extreme attempt at a backward bend or arc in your back. I can't imagine what the higher intensity levels would be like. I use the "Energizer" mode so far. I tried the Stretch but quit right away as it was too extreme.I am planning to try it on top of the bed to see if it becomes less intense but I haven't yet due to the short cord.All in all, I'm glad I bought it. Sometimes after golf I will try to do regular stretches but I find my muscles like to cramp up at that time. Yesterday I used this after a game and I think I got a lot of back stretching and loosening without any hint of cramping.I would like to see one or two even less intense settings but other than that, I like it.I know after the 20 minutes are up, I feel very relaxed, almost hypnotized by the sound and feel. I do not feel like getting up off the floor!

Then a friend suggest me get a massager and I found Naipo back stretcher on amazon.It arrived in 2 days but I didn't start to try it until the weekend. Life changed!!! It's so easy to operate, simply plug in to any outlet on the wall and press the control to make it work. It has four functions, energize, flow, twist and stretch and you can select to have heat on or not. I played with every function and found energize is to relax while the "stretch" function is saving my life especially when I had the "heat" function on.

Gave it as a gift for my mom and she’s happy with it. I also tried it, and now I want one for myself! The back stretch was great, but the twist motion—at least for me—is not intense enough. But I still found it very relaxing—so relaxing that I kept using it after the 20 minute setting was over. The only bad thing I can say is that the electric adapter tends to get very hot when you use the heater function—which is a concern.

This is only the 2nd review ive written on a product from amazon. and I place more than 100 orders a year.I bought this with the hope/intention of using this on top of a lazyboy recliner.I tried it out on the floor first. I am very impressed.My goal was to attempt to create something akin to the Hale AirComfort Zero G air massage recliner.without spending the $3,600 that the hale costs.So I modified the lazyboy to achieve the tilt of zero G, which was pretty easy.After using this mat on the floor I feel that this mat does a better job than the hale chair.It has more modes of operation and more variety of manipulation than the hale.The one thing I immediately became concerned about is the fact that this mat has theair compressor unit at the bottom end. Of course I realized that yes it had to go somewhereand for lying flat with bent knees its fine, but I was doubting that it would work with that bulkbehind your thighs once placed on the lazyboy.Once on the chair I had to sit "indian style" because the compressor was uncomfortable under theleg. However the massage chair effect was better than the hale IMHO!!!So then i tried reversing the orientation on the chair.with the "neck" in the seat, and the compressor at the top.It feels like there are 8 independent airbags placed in pairs. so thats 4 vertical zones andthe massage is virtually the same this way, and I discovered a bonus,imagine putting a beach towel on a chair, sit down, get up, sit down the towel (mat) is going to slidedown out of position.But this works perfect, the compressor (and its weight) sort of hanging over the back keeps it frommoving out of position when you get up and down.So this mat does a great job.Will have to wait and see how durable it is.I am a programmer and work from the lazyboy, and I keep a foot massager at the base of the chairand use it hours every day. and I have to buy a new foot massager just about every year.Since I will use this for several hours a day, if it lasts 6 months I would be happy to buy onetwice a year to get this massaging year round

Looks good, different modes for stretches and massages work well enough. A little short if you are 6 ft or taller

Bought as a gift for my fiance' who has chronic back pain. It's only been about a week but he has been using it almost daily. He says it helps tremendously, it has even "cracked" his back, which he was very excited about. Hes about 6'3, so its a bit short like someone else had mentioned but it hasnt really taken away from how good it is. You do get a more intense massage if you lay it on the floor, he has used it on the floor and in the bed too. In the bed, he has actually fallen asleep on it. I have tried it too and it feels great. I hope it continues to do this well as time goes on

Remote turned on but mat did not work at all...made some clicking noises but no movement!!!!

The first one that I received did not have the N. American plug and therefor had to send back and get a refund. The seller was kind enough to send another with the correct plug and it is everything that I could have hoped for. There are so many different options that you can have with this. I actually felt my body letting go of all of the tension. You just have to make sure you are in the middle of the mat or else it will kick you over to one side.There are air bladders throughout the pad that inflate and deflate at different times which allows different parts of your back to be gently stretched out. Love this item and would recommend to anyone who has tight muscles from leaning over a computer all day.

Blows my mind what this thing can do. It really loosens up the back and all you have to do is lay on it. For people who hate exercise and older people without medical problems that might preclude it use it is a must buy. Both my wife and I love it.

Great product. Really nice to use, helps relieve back pain. High intensity mode has got my back to crack a couple times. Would recommend
