What does Perfectly roped mean?

Maybe "ripened". They would be very nice and ripened but mine arrived 2 weeks later and were Perfectly Rotten. Customer service blamed shipping company and refused to fix the problem or return my money back. Do not recommend.

It came from California. But it was poor quality. Most of it was bruised.
