Rotary Cutter Blades 45mm Replacement for OLFA,Fiskars Quilting Rotary Blades 12 Pack

I didn't realize just how much I needed new blades for my Fiskars rotary cutter until I got these and installed one!I've limping along for years with a blade that had a tiny flaw in the edge which caused one or two threads to remain intact when I was cutting fabric. So, I always had to go over the cut again to make sure all the threads were severed. Very annoying!! With the new blade, it's like cutting butter with a hot knife: smooth as can be:)I can't speak to the longevity of these blades, as I just began using one, but I suspect I'll continue to be pleased with them.Thank you.

I am an avid quilter and I have used these blades to replace the original ones when necessary. They work well, sharp and last as long as the original blades. If you roll over a pin they're done, but then so is any other blade for more money. When it starts to drag or not cut all the way thru the fabric, I simply put in a new blade. I don't feel like I have to use it until I turn old and grey (already there) because of price. I just change it and don't feel guilty. Try them, you'll be surprised.

These arrived lightning quick, in a little flexible plastic case, and with a drop of oil between each of them which kept them from sliding against each other and becoming dull. The first one cut through several layers of fabric like a hot knife through butter.As for the rest, the first one is still going strong, but I imagine each will last just as long. A very good product at a very good price.

When new, they are ultra sharp. Cuts with ease. I did have to change them frequently when cutting flannel and batting, but that’s to be expected. And for the price, i really didnt care. I will definitely buy again due to my frequent cutting use.

It took me awhile to realize that every blade in this package must have a defect. I would use the blades a couple times then forget about it until I started another project. I'd change blades then pretty soon there would be skipping. At first I thought it was just me cutting paper and fabric at the same time, but honestly I think there was a defect in every blade that showed up after a couple uses. I eventually threw out the rest of the package and bought a different brand. So far, no issues!

My rotary cutter blade snapped while making face masks and pocket quilts like a madwoman. These were a good deal for the price and so far the 1 blade I have been using works well. They are coated with oil when you receive them to prevent corrosion etc. I did notice that you had to wipe them down well before using and wash your hands several times to get rid of the oil smell.

They arrive with some oil on them to keep them from rusting so you just have to clean them off before use. I’m happy with how sharp they are. They seem just as good as the much more expensive name brand ones. They come in a plastic container. Mine won’t stay snapped shut but no biggie I just put a little piece of tape on it. I would recommend these!

I bought a Gingher rotary blade for about $10 and it only lasted several weeks of cutting several yards a week, although it was thicker fabric. I decided to try these cheaper blades and they work great! I'm still cutting the same fabric but haven't had to change the blade yet and it's been over a month :)
