If you have a E90 ~ E93. Get this book!
If you have a E90 ~ E93 / 2006 ~ 2011. Get this book!It has all the information and secrets, your BMW mechanic doesn't tell you about. A little pricey, but it's a one and done purchase. And the value is huge. A must have in my opinion.Hope this helps.

It is hard cover and easy to read print
Bought this recently to help replacing down pipes on 335xi BMW, and subsequent repairs to cooling system- Radiator, intercooler, ATF cooler. Also used for oil change info.Using this manual does not provide you with 100% of the info you need but has alot of technical info such as torque specs and schematics. The pictures are sometimes hard to correlate with actual car but with careful studying are understandable. It is hard cover and easy to read print. I would buy it again. One note however, is that it directs you to a website for updates to the info in the manual, but the update website charges a fee for use. I don't think it was this way in the past.

Useful, but not great
In summary, it is a good reference to have for any significant work you need to do on your car. Other reviewers have pointed out flaws such as some of the missing, wrong, incomplete information. It is not a complete step by step guide like the Hanes manuals. For example, I used it for changing my pads and rotors. The guide only gives instructions for and shows the rear rotors, saying the front and back are similar. Yes, they are similar, but also different (springs, slide bolts, etc). It refers to other sections of the manual for various instructions, which is fine, but it would be MUCH BETTER if when doing so, it pointed you to the page, or at least section #, not just the chapter #.

Must have BMW 3 Series e9x manual
If you are the type to work on your own BMW 3 series e9X this manual is a must to own. Not guessing at torque specs alone pays for the cost of this manual. If you like the Haynes manuals then you should love this manual by Bentley. I’m in the process of rebuilding a 2007 328i and having this manual along with my knowledge, YouTube and some common sense, this project is breezing along.

Half is wiring diagrams
I need this for a E93 N54...so few torque specs and instructions compared to the E30 bentley I'm used to. There was some specs I needed for a WP replacement, but just not the specifics I needed. And half of this volume is wiring diagrams. Half! Disappointed

Good manual for the hands-on BMW guy/gal.
Awesome book. Hopefully I don't need to use it too often on my N55 Engine but I'm confident in doing typical maintenance more now that I have this manual. It does have several print errors in it but they're not major. Such as a section for a N55 repair having pictures of N54 engine like the previous section had. It's good read starting from the beginning for any BMW aficionado to learn the progress in 3-series engines and how things work in their German cars. I certainly enjoyed reading the technical stuff as an Engineer but also as an aficionado.

The Stealerships' Worst Enemy
I feel like a certified BMW technician. Although that is far from the truth, this manual makes me feel safe and good about the future. It covers everything minor and major, such as replacing the spark plugs to replacing the entire engine block. Let's just hope I don't have to do any electrical work but it's also covered in this outstanding manual.

Good
Based on American spec cars but goes into massive detail with a vast amount of data. Does have some errors though so take care and don't assume everything is correct.

Look out for damages to the book cover.
It came damaged to the cover. Considering what it cost, the book should have arrived in perfect condition. I didn't send it back sooner I needed to use it but it kinda felt like a brand new car with a dent or scratch in the door.

This is a hefty book. Still you will not ...
This is a hefty book. Still you will not find how to exactly change the xenon bulb on your E90. E90 was a living, changing design. The book did not keep up where the xenon lights are concerned. Nor will the book tell you anything at all about the A/C unit. It is not a very wordy book which at 2'' thickness and 8.5x11 size is kind of strange. It does have a lot of info and, in particular, the torque specs for many jobs.
