I recently ordered Lays Magic Masala potato chips from Lays India, but I must say that I'm extremely disappointed with my experience. Despite placing the order a few weeks ago, I have still not received the product. This is very frustrating as I was looking forward to trying these chips that boast unique flavors and are perfect for quick snacks.I have been in touch with the customer service team several times, but unfortunately, they have not been able to provide a satisfactory explanation or a resolution to my issue. They keep making promises about delivering the product soon, but every time I check the status, there is no update or confirmation of delivery.I understand that shipping and delivery can sometimes take longer than expected, but this is taking way too long, and I feel like I have been scammed. To make matters worse, the company's website states that the product is in stock and can be delivered within a few days, which is not accurate in my case.Overall, I wouldn't recommend ordering Lays Magic Masala potato chips from Lays India as the delivery service is unreliable and customer support is unhelpful. I hope this review helps others avoid similar frustrations in the future.

It was sealed weird only reason it did not get five stars.

$13 for a markup of about 1000%. You can get 3 packs for the same price and almost a 6 pack for slightly more. One piece for $13 is absurd. I was under the impression that I was getting more than one pack. Do not buy this.

When I received the chips, the bag was smashed thin with hardly any air in the bag. All of the chips were smashed to crumbs and I could not enjoy the product

Don't be confused by the $7 cost. By comparison, other vendors have $8-$9. But this $7 is for a SINGLE pack, other vendors' prices, e.g. $8.59, are for a 3-pack.

Took one bite and spit it out. Terrible old taste, I wasted my money.
