Unfortunately not the "luxury" towel described. Washed on a gentle cycle ready to use and noticed towel had started to fray. Seller refused to allow exchange or refund as not in original packaging.

Bought as a luxury towel and I am very disappointed, I have washed this towel 3 times but after I shower I need the vacuum cleaner to hoover up all the bits from the towel. This towel must be coated with something as it is the most nonabsorbent towel I have ever used. Have put in the bin and am using the old towel it was meant to replace.

Very disappointed indeed. I ordered 2 bath sheets, and 4 hand towels together. Although described as luxury the towels are thin, poor quality and one bath sheet very obviously damaged with hanging threads or seconds. Sadly I did not have time to send them back because I needed them for a particular occasion. Add to this, most of the self coloured patterns do not match. Needless to say I will not buy from this seller again.

The speed of delivery was good.The description was not very honest though, the towel is extremely thin.I'm really disappointed as it was supposed to be a gift.

I would never have called them luxury they are so thin I’ve ended up using them for my dogs.

You get what you paid for. These are poor quality towels that are not very absorbent. Definitely not the "luxury towels" presented in the description. I was expecting those thick, soft towels that you get in hotels and at spas, but that's not all what I got. the towels look worn out without even being washed. However I am very please with the color!

These towels were nowhere near 700gsm. Very thin

Beautiful towels, thick and soft as they are Egyptian cotton. Good quality and good make. Lovely colour. Delivery was quick and well packaged.Would use this seller again in the future. Highly recommended
