This product was so hyped up to help with detoxing your gut. It had the reverse effect on me and made things so much worse. I took this for 2 weeks and was absolutely miserable. Severe bloating and lack of bowel movement was the absolute worst. I do not recommend taking this.

After 20 plus years buying and taking, daily, everything for constipation that had high fiber content, from many pills a day, to Psyllium powders in liquid, many prunes daily, and when none of this would work, I would add 2 laxative Dulcolax pills, which would give me cramps throughout the day, but I had to take them after a couple of days of really bad constipation...you totally understand how horrible it is to have a DAILY battle with chronic constipation!!! 4 weeks ago I prayed to God, to direct me, miraculously to something that woud help. The same thing that I always entered on line for help with a good product in the market, this time it showed me as #1 product something totally new to me: MY GENTLE DETOX:) I always read the reviews on any product first, and I spent almost an hour reading the AMAZING reviews on Amazon. Praying, this would work, I ordered 2 bottles, since you need to take one daily, from a 30 pills bottle. I wish I could truly communicate to you, the reader, how this one little pill a day has changed my life, after 20 plus years of truly chronic constipation. I waited to write this review a few weeks to give it time to be 100% truthful. I can tell you that I make a soft, plentiful, without straining bowel movement DAILY...EVERY DAY....FAITHFULLY...my life has changed in such a way, that I had to give a lot of details, so you also can have your life changed with this AMAZING PRODUCT!!!! This review is for my body type everyone will react differently. I stopped being able to go at 81. I mean stopped dead. I had to use enemas. I tried bowel cleans after cleans both ones from pharma and supplements. Nothing worked. When I found this it only had 4 stars and was going to pass it by but I liked the reviews and tried it. Gentle it said, well it not only worked it forced me to go 4 or 5 times after taking this, about 8 hours later. Thank God all within 2 hours.I was empty. The poop was really soft but under diarrhea consistency. It was not like the poops of old, but I went. My gentle detox, not so much. .Guess I should give this I have no experience with taking 2 pills but I would imagine there are people who might need that. Good luck.PSWent from 5 stars to 4 stars. Still works but after a month or so I needed 2 pills instead of 1/2 or one. I’m worried what will happen in another month. Will two pills hold?PPSNo the two pills still work but not nearly as well so disappointed.I’m now using “Professional Cleans” now called “15 day cleanse” works well but again I need two pills although it says one to two.I just got a cat scan no results yet. My doctor is thinking some kind of obstruction in which case it’s not the pills.
