Varsity Team Deck Board Screws
I recently put new on a new deck and some of the boards created an annoying creak when walking over them. Routine 16" joist space and 1/4 floor gaps and still some annoying creaks. I used exterior 3.5 inch when installing the floor. I bought these 5 inch screws and put one everywhere there was a creek. Problem solved. They are strong, have a T25 head and will last the weather. Good stuff!

I always keep some on hand. They are stronger than grabber screws.
They work well. I use them to build a coral for cattle. If a board (2x6) breaks it is easy to replace.I also used them to do all of the trim work on a log cabin we built. They have a fairly aggressive thread and a cutting tip which helps them go in fast and hold well.

These work great
I have used these to make several raised garden beds using landscape timbers. They work absolutely great. They screw in easily and hold securely with no splitting of the wood. Great product at a fair price.

I'm a real actual customer!
Was nervous buying these online without handling first, but they worked out very well.Needed a 5" screw to go thru 4" of foam board and couldn't find a bulk at reasonable price.Very good screws. Sturdy, good bite in wood, and I even tested soaking a few in salt water to see if they'd rust, and they did not. Will probably buy again, as I never realized how handy 5" screws are for a lot of stuff I'd normally "toenail"

Good Quality screws
The screws arrived on time, the plastic box was broken on one side where it had been dropped I suppose..that was no big deal, it would still hold the screws,so I could care less about that..the screws were of very good quality & worked very well for me..this length is not available at my local big box store so I had no choice but to order them here...very pleased with them & would reccomend them to everyone needing this type of screw...would order these again if I needed more..Happy Customer !

Rock Solid
I needed 5" screws for some work that I am doing in rehabilitating an older home. I had used power-pro 2 1/2" stainless steel screws in other projects and have been very happy with their durability and workability. I looked for 5" power-pro screws locally, but could only find shorter alternatives that didn't use a torx or hex driver or screws that were a larger diameter than what I needed. These are not stainless steel, but are coated for rust and corrosion control. The set includes a T25 torx bit, so you don't have to worry about purchasing separately and the 5 pound box contains over 200 screws. Even though these screws are pretty long, they are relatively easy to work with. I was using the screws with reinforced manufactured wood so I took my time starting with a small pilot hole to help start and guide the screws. I had no issues in using. I am not an expert carpenter, so others may have alternative or better ways for working with these screws.

Works for my purpose
Had a hard time finding the screw length I needed at the hardware store so I used these. I have only used a few of them for an interior project, but they seems nice and stout. I used a 9/64" pilot hole in some hard oak and needed a longer drill bit for it. An small impact driver didn't cause any stripping or snapped heads.

Good screws at great price.
These are Torx-drive (necessary because of the length) and exterior grade. At about 20 cents each in the tub. At retail they are 2$ each.
