it’s been a solid addition to my home workout setup—especially if you’re looking for something quiet, compact, and beginner-friendly. It provides different levels of resistance. Good enough for a moderate workout. The instructions are easy to follow and the parts are well protected.

If you only have $200 to spend on an elliptical, then this isn’t a bad choice. The directions to put it together were very well done and everything fit, and I was pleased with that part of it.. this does give your legs a workout. I have a better elliptical in my storage unit in another city because I’m only here for a year so I didn’t want to spend a lot of money. This stride is so small on this though it’s more like a stairstepper machine almost. I really wish it had a longer stride. I wish I felt it more in my butt. If you are ready to commit to using an elliptical, I would suggest spending at least 400 and getting a better machine with a longer stride, But if you only have $200 to spend, then I recommend this.

I put this together while my husband was taking a nap. Easy assembly. Now, we both enjoy getting our full body workout in the comfort of our home.

Assembly is simple, with each step clearly explained in the instructions. Parts are individually packaged, labeled with numbers and locations. The overall size is smaller than a sports field, so it won't take up much space at home. The dashboard has several functions: calories burned, heart rate, difficulty, and speed. Below the dashboard are dials for adjusting speed and difficulty. I have three children and can't go to the gym, so after the kids are asleep, I can exercise while watching videos, which is really great.

It it gives you a workout. My grandkids and children love using it.

I’ve been using this elliptical at home and it’s honestly been a really solid buy for the price. It runs smooth and quiet (no annoying squeaks), so I can hop on while watching TV or even early in the morning without feeling like I’m waking everyone up. The resistance has a good range—low settings are great for an easy cardio day, and higher settings definitely make my legs work. It feels stable while I’m using it, and the stride feels natural enough that my knees don’t feel beat up afterward. The display is basic but useful for tracking time/distance/calories, and I like being able to see my progress during a workout. Assembly took me a bit, but once it’s together it’s been reliable and easy to use.
