Nice Quality
First two small gripes. The player comes in a tight box which presses the power button so unit was flat when arrived. Using 64GB card to tranfer music, using lead to player about 2MB/s , using a card reader up to 16MB/s. Gripe over this is a well buity unit and feels solid in your hand. The menu is not the common one but is far easier to navigate. Has a built in speaker so good for background music. Nice bunch of accessories. Bought to replace 20 year old Zen touch, lets see if it last as long. I think this is a great buy for the money.

Value for money
Very good product as a gift. I purchased this for my girlfriend, as she said she wanted an MP3 player again, and she loves it. She's mentioned how the battery life can be short lived at times, but overall, its value for money completely.

Misleading
This product is very misleading it says it comes with a procteted film on the screen this is totally untrue it does not have a protective film on the screen and when mine was delivered it was scratched
