Excellent for food on the run, they will definitely sustain you.
I would like to have given these 5 stars, but frankly these aren't my favorite. The taste is fine, but the texture is very dense and it kind of sits on you. They're very filling. You could easily open a pack (each pack holds 2) and that's breakfast, so they're good for food on the run kind of thing.

YUM! Can't Stop at One!
These bars are extremely tasty. The great thing about them is that they manage to taste incredible while being full of clean, recognizable ingredients. That being said, I might have to stop buying them because I can't stop at one. And when I say one, I mean one pack (which has two bars in it). Every time I reach for them, I eat a minimum of 2 packs (and I am ashamed to say, sometimes more than that!)

My favorite fig bars. Also enjoyed this blueberry version. Not too sweet. Not too soft. Just right consistency and flavor.

My picky 8nyr old loves these- I add them to school lunches- they are filling and a better choices ingredients wise then lots out there
