Unfortunately, Ice had melted and that compromised the probiotic - but seller refused me 100%!
Probiotic product is fine. Mine didn't have any effect. I then bought the same probiotic locally after the online purchase and wow, what a different effect it had. So clearly, the one that came from Amazon wasn't sufficiently cooled in the shipping process or otherwise was somehow compromised.The seller stands behind their product and offered me a full refund. Very much appreciated and I'll try it again on my next order.
