This stuff covers very good. Just make sure you shake the canned well overall looks very nice seems to be pretty durable I would recommend this.

Good product

Used Permatex Rust Treatment to completely treat the underside of my 2003 F-350 which had been wiped out by the deicer sprayed on I-90. I followed that with a very generous top coat of Permatex Heavy Duty Rubberized Undercoating. Good price point, ease of use and quality of product. I used apex. 22 cans for the whole job This product has a fairly narrow fan spray of roughly 1.5". The product is easy to apply. It's important to shake the can until the ball rattles and then shake for 2 more minutes. I think a lot of people are not mixing it well enough to have the product work properly. My project turned out well. The stuff sticks like glue and appears to be durable. This will be the second winter so far so good. I would buy and use again and recommend to others. I do not have experience with any other under coating product so 4 stars as I cant really compare it.

Even at full price (I got a pretty good deal on this box of them, I think) this is one of my favorites. It has good coverage and a pretty consistent pattern. If I had a complaint, it’d be that a fair amount dribbles out of the nozzle and collects in the top of the can, and then spills out if you tip it. Pretty common, and not a huge deal.

Decent quality, price was right, worked for what I needed it for and it undercoated van to help protect against salt and rust for a couple years.

IN SHORT: This is an awesome deal. I bought a case of these, only to find out that the case could coat my entire house. This is a lot of coating! I haven't even used one full can yet, and I've coated a whole bunch of random stuff, just testing out how durable the coat really is. So far, I have learned that it takes a few days to really cure properly to its hardest state. This stuff is great, BUT you have to shake it up a loght! otherwise, you will get brown. BUT if you shake it every time before use it's great.
