I used this on a 2018 Jeep JK sport and it works the way I expected. Used it to go camping over the weekend and maybe had 250lbs on it and hand no problem. Drove on a washboard FR for 45 minutes and everything held up. Easy to assemble. Side note: I did not receive all the pieces but emailed the company on a Saturday and they responded same day and sent replacement parts in 10 days. Great company & great parts. Will purchase from them again.

Works great for carrying a few extra boxes or a large bin and an ice chest. Sturdy material and fit perfectly on my Kia Sportage with 2 inch hitch.

This was purchased as a Christmas gift for my dad. He did not need this and really has no use for it. But he wanted one. So I purchased it for him. He loves it. It is extremely sturdy and made out of heavy materials. Now he will put it on his vehicle just to carry the cooler to the country. I also purchased a vinyl zip up cover.

I ordered this to put on the back of my lawn tractor with an attachment. The rack was very nice quality and assembles easily, but, it is too heavy for my lawn tractor (which is actually a pretty heavy duty mower, for mowing 3-5 acres of hilly terrain). The rack droops, I will probably use it on the back of my car or my big tractor.

This was great! I used to take apart and put together things as a kid but when I opened it I took a deep breath. The review I read wasnt so great, but I took a chance beacuse the price was better than the ALL the others i've seen. Its wasnt too hard to put it together but I did have to as a guy to tighten the nuts. (im female.

workmanship was poor. had to cut it partly apart & reweld it in order to get it to fit together properly.

It has been 2 months and I still do not have a complete product. I was unable to assemble the first unit that was sent to me as one of the basket halves had a hole off location by 1/4 of an inch so I was unable to assemble. When I called the company to inform them of the part problem the offered to send me a replacement part. After waiting 2 weeks for the replacement part I was only further disappointed as they sent me the wrong part. Once again I called the company and told them of error they had made and they then said they would send me out the right this next time. After waiting another 2 weeks for the 2nd replacement part only once again to find they once again sent the wrong part. Now when I called them and told them to just send me a complete assembly and not risk getting the wrong part for a third time they agreed but only after they received all the parts they sent me along with the first whole unit. What nerve they have to expect me to box up and ship back all parts before they would send out a replacement. When I told them that if they wanted to operate this way they they can just take it all back and credit me. Their response was OK. I would not buy a single item from this company as I suspect it run by morons and they do not know what customer service is. This has been the worst experience I have had with any company. I hope this company does under as they do not deserve to be in business. No company should profit from incompetency at all levels!!!  Guide Gear® Hitch Hauler Rack

Very nice quality hauler. Like that the sides come up a bit, adds a bit more security to items you are carrying. Well made.
