Good value for the price!
I liked the size of this McCormick Ground Ginger. This is a nice bottle that should last a while. It is not so big that you end up throwing away a lot because it has gone stale. I use this in my homemade pies and it really gives a nice spice and hint of ginger. Especially good in pumpkin pies. I count on McCormick Spices to help me be a better cook. I just wish the mouth of the bottle was a little bit bigger for my measuring spoons!

Fresh and pungent!
This is the freshest, most bold and pungent powdered ginger I have ever smelled! I use it in my homemade dog food and other Asian dishes. Health AND it tastes amazing! A win-win! I usually keep fresh ginger root on hand but if I am being 'lazy', I just sprinkle this in and it's almost like the freshly-grated root!
