Good old fashioned fruit cake.
This is very good fruit cake! Plenty of fruit and nuts, also very moist. I ate the regular right away, froze the dark for later, then ate the dark "frozen" and it was great. I will likely order it again soon. The only downside was that I found a couple pieces of walnut shell in the dark loaf. Given that the ingredients are rather coarse, I expect it slipped through the process somehow. Still recommended, just watch out when you're biting off huge chunks because it's so good!

Delicious as always!!! I LOVE this fruitcake. I made a mistake and only ordered a quantity of 3 of the 2 pack packages when I meant to order 3 of the 3 pack packages. Do you have any coupons available?

The most excellent fruitcake made!
Everyone in my family loves fruitcake and the preferred brand is Claxton. I'm usually the designated fruitcake purchaser, so I love to see multi boxes of these sweet holiday goodies. The taste is excellent and the candied fruit and nuts are crammed into each cake. I even purchase multiple boxes during the holidays and store in the fridge to give as family birthday gifts year round. They are always appreciated.

Far Too Expensive
Far too expensive. The original cake was just as I remembered and really quite good. The “dark” version was too dark and really tasted awful. Couldn’t eat it. Again, it was far too expensive and I won’t be buying online again.
