Will Ferrell (Buddy Hobbs) plays a man with a spirit that is completely different from what his biological father Walter Hobbs (James Caan) would have hoped for him to be. The movie also gives a glimpse into the publishing industry because Walter Hobbs is shown working at a job that entails him spearheading the publishing of various books.

This is a silly, fun movie for those who love Christmas! Be prepared to suspend reality and feel like a little kid again! I've seen it many times and I still love it! Will Ferrell is hilarious and makes a great elf.

A classic Will Ferrell movie before he started to overdo his shtick. This is already a Christmas classic to be watched every Christmas. Hilarious and quotable.

Great fun movie to watch around the holidays

Pues llega con un bonito slipcover comer algo desgastado, pero de calidad aceptable. La imagen eso si es una mejorar sustancias desde el viejo blu-ray convencional y el efecto HDR10 es una ganancia tangible de esta mejora. La calidad y nitidez es muy buena, que deja atrás los errores del antiguo blu-ray. El sonido en inglés DTS-HD MA 5.1 es muy bueno, así como correcto el español latino Dolby Digital 5.1. Trae subtítulos en ambos idiomas y más, y el código digital es válido solo para USA.

Me ha gustado el tipo Buddy, los elfos y la chica de la tienda. Lo que no es la forma que trata Walter a Buddy.

I was never able to find a copy of this movie with the German language and subtitles until now. I only bought it because I saw both things listed in the preview picture. Very happy with it.
