Convenience to pre fill bags and let crews take what they need each day

I bought sand bags last year from a big box stores to hold down my umbrella. Well over the course of the year the bags broke down exposing the sand and staining my patio. They broke down so much even just touching the bag it would crumble in my hands. I recently purchased these bags so I can fill them with sand. I put kitchen bags inside the bags ( only because I noticed there was a thinner bag holding the sand in the original bags) and filled the bags. I noticed the bags I purchased were a bit smaller but no big deal because the bigger bags were really hard to carry when I purchased them. This made it easier to manage. I've never used sand bags before so I didn't know I was supposed to store the original bags. LOL I know better now. AND for now this is a temporary inexpensive fix because I noticed some other more durable bags I can buy. However these bags served it's purpose.

I filled these with sand and used a zip tie for sturdiness to hold down my stores sidewalk sign.

The bags are intended as a safeguard against rising water. (Sometimes we have flooding in Houston.) Haven't put them to that use yet, but I have some opinions to share.1. Delivery was on-time/as estimated. 2. Bag bottom is double stitched (as advertised) and carried the loaded sand without issue. 3. I like the orange color: brightens my garage interior and are easy to spot. 4. the bag ties are very sturdy and tie with a hardy knot.I didn't rate the bags for durability so no rating is provided. I did sort-of judge the sturdiness of the bags by tossing them (loaded with the amount of sand I expect to use) around the garage. No busted bags. Not scientific, but I'm happy with the results.

Bought these for our welding business. We needed something to put welding rod stubs in at the end of the day. Plastic bags are to weak and using a heavy trash bag is expensive.You can fill these sandbags full with welding rod stubs, used grinding rocks and wire wheels. The rod stubs can poke through the sides but they do not rip or fall apart.Will be buying more of these in the future.

These are exactly what you'd expect from sandbags, they hold sand and are stack-able. Seriously though, they are well made and come with an attached strap to tie them up when you've filled them. They are orange, so are very visible all stacked together. I use them behind my hundred-year-old garage because all this rain we've been getting was starting to run in under the foundation wall. I bought the orange because the white ones were more expensive. As I said, the orange is very visible but behind the garage is not seen by anyone very often. Good product, fast delivery.
