Extremely Disappointing Product and Pathetic Customer Service
Purchased the Havells Flagro 5.5 Litre Instant LPG Water Heater from Amazon in November 2024. It stopped working after a month. Despite raising a service request over two months ago, no technician has shown up. Every time I contact customer support, they promise someone will visit within 48 hours, but it's all empty words.The product quality is terrible, and the customer service is non-existent. Do not waste your money on this product. Havells' support is a joke. Avoid this brand at all costs.

Disappointing Experience with Installation Service - Not as Expected
I recently purchased the Havells Flagro with high expectations, especially given the brand's reputation. The product itself seems fine, but my experience with the installation process was extremely disappointing.The day after delivery, I received an SMS stating that the demo and installation had been initiated. However, when the technician called to confirm the installation, he asked for the liter size of the geyser. Upon informing him that it was a gas geyser, he abruptly informed me that the installation service would not be free of charge. According to the technician, I would have to pay ₹550 for the installation, as this service is not covered under the free demo and installation, despite Havells automatically initiating the request on my behalf.I believe this is highly misleading. When a brand initiates an installation request, it should be understood that this service is part of the product's offering, and I did not expect to be charged extra. The technician did not even come for a demo, which should have been free, as per standard practice.This lack of transparency and the unexpected additional cost left me very dissatisfied with both the product and the overall experience. I would have appreciated better communication about the charges and a more professional approach to customer service. Based on this experience, I am not happy with my purchase and would advise future buyers to confirm all installation charges beforehand.

Amazon & Havells has so called Policy,once you buy the Product can’t return it,I have no idea how good is there product?It wasn’t useful to me.Before buying certain products please check whether it can be returned?Amazon America doesn’t have much of hang up on returns but India has
