The brass looses it gloss way too quick and even if you try polishing it, its not getting anywhere. So head ups on that front. The insert is just like classic zippo, sturdy and gets the job done.

I received a scratch zippo with broken seal and a lot of dirty finger prints on it

The media could not be loaded. I'm not using zippo first time. I've collection since my graduation time. Lightter is good. But the peace I've received is with scratches and used marks. Seems like it's an old/used peace. Unfortunately I'm returning the same.
