What a great price of equipment. So easy to use and extremely quite with hardly any noise while making ice. 2 different sizes of cubes it makes depending on preference. Takes approximately 6 minutes to make 8 large cubes. Used it a good number of times lately and for the price it seems a very reliable piece of equipment.

It has been put through its paces and has produced ice as expected. Early days re reliability but happy with it so far.

Great machine for ice , takes a while initially ,but worth it . A lot of heat comes from the side vent , so pull it away from the wall. Great purchase in this extremely hot weather .

Very good and very quick ice machine

Excellent bit of equipment for the kitchen, takes a few cycles to produce large ice cubes. Would have given 5 stars but ice cubes start to melt if not used straight away.

It makes making ice a fun game. Makes ice incredibly fast. I hope it comes out reliable in the long run. Has the footprint of a cereal box very compact. Definitely a must have for summer. No longer last minute "we forgot putting ice trays overnight" worries. Ice cubes come out small even on large setting when you start it for the first time but as the water gets colder in the tank, cubes get bigger. Check photos for size comparison. So far, so fabulous!! This arrived yesterday ands I tried it for the first time this morning and it is brilliant! It makes lots of ice cubes (the small ones are of a size where they can be put into a bottle of drinking water). It takes a while for the water tank to empty and it keeps making ice cubes until that point. Its quiet, easy to use and the box also included a few drawstring ice-bags which are perfect for the freezer! Best purchase of the year for me!!

When it worked, it was great. Produced 8 decent sized ice cubes about every 6 mins or so, I think it was. Really easy to use, just plug it in, fill with water and press on. Ice made seemed to last a decent time. The self cleaning mode just seemed to rinse the water through the device, which is I guess what it needs to do, however if you get and grit or anything in the water tank, it can be hard to get out and self cleaning doesn’t do that bit. The drain plug is also a bit of a pain to get out and you shouldn’t tip anything with a refrigerant compressor over. Unfortunately for me, and akin to some other reviews, it stopped working reliably after about a month. Initially just needing turned on and off again to make ice, getting itself stuck half way through ejecting the ice from the tray, to now just showing the ‘ice full’ warning most of the time, despite cleaning the sensor and there being no ice in it. It’s being returned for a different model.

Ever since I found out you could now buy an ice maker that would make the crunchy nugget ice, I've wanted one. But for the longest time they were always soooo expensive and took up a sizeable portion of countertop space. And being that I have a small freezer I can't feasibly go and buy a bag from the closest Sonic drive in to have on hand. So this summer the heat pump in our house died leaving us with no AC. A couple of window units makes our bedroom and offices bearable, but the rest of the house is stupid warm. Prime Day came around and I found the EASYERA Nugget Ice Maker on sale and decided now was the time for me to finally buy myself one of these ice makers. While still much more expensive than other ice makers, this machine has been so, so worth it. It's not that big--smaller than a bread machine and takes up about a little less counterspace than the footprint of a standard KitchenAid mixer, which is what it lives next to in my kitchen. Only time I ever hear it is when the first few rounds of ice are dropping into the basket, otherwise it's very quiet while running. The instructions are clear on how to get it set up and running as well as maintenance and troubleshooting. And it works fast... easily had some ice to start crunching on withing the first 10 minutes of turning it on. The drain plug on the bottom of the unit seals very well, no leaking or anything, and it drains the whole unit and not just one part, so you don't have to worry about tipping it over to pour out water or anything like that. We use bottled purified water in it since our tap water is very hard as we are on a well and scale builds up super fast in our other appliances. It's been almost a month so far, and it's still making me tons of delicious ice every day without any issues at all. I love this thing; if you're on the fence about getting one due to the price, this one is worth it by far.

It performs as promised: 9 ice cubes every 6 minutes. It's not quiet, but it isn't loud either. You'll hear it working, but it won't give you a headache. The ice cubes aren't very dense. This has a few consequences. The first is that they're easy to chew without breaking your teeth. They have a consistency similar to densely packed wet snow, but just a bit crunchier. The other consequence is that they melt VERY quickly and they won't cool as much as a similar sized dense cube. Being hollow makes them melt even faster. You can compensate by adding more ice cubes. However, it makes them worse than regular ice cubes for cooling liquor. You should be using frozen stones anyway for liquor, but these will dilute your drink even more. As others have mentioned, if you're stocking up on ice, you have to keep an eye on the machine because the cubes will melt if you leave them inside. You should transfer them as soon as possible to the freezer. The 3 ice bags that come with the machine are nice, but they don't seal, so unless you roll up the end that opens, in addition to tightening the strings, your ice will probably evaporate in the freezer. An airtight container would be better, if you have one. As another reviewer said, this is a lot more convenient than ice trays! I'm quite satisfied with it so far.

If you like nugget ice this machine is for you!! Super easy to use even easier to clean and the nugget ice is awesome!! Perfect for a mouthful if you enjoy that as I do and just as good added to a soft drink! Good value for the money- very pleased! Can be noisy if you leave it on overnight as no other noise but I turn off. I leave it slightly open overnight (folded up napkin) to keep top open. Clean it weekly as recommended and have had no issues at all! Highly recommend for anyone who enjoys ice!
