Software disk worthless. Download from site worthless
Like the radio but the software didn’t even have my model. Went website and downloaded but that didn’t even work. Used generic load by chirp. Could program frequencies but not able to get into settings of the radio.

Please udate the givin programming software.
everything worked fine. the programming software that came with the radio was worthless. I found a site on the net that had tyt software downloaded it for the 9000D and I am happy now all is well.

After 30days no returns or real support
No actual real Tec support .I have bought several of these radios. All worked fine.This one is a lemon. Did not work out of the Box

Good secondary radio
Better than the last Chinese built radio I bought. No vehicle noise, controls are smoother and not erratic. Would probably not buy as my primary unit but for the price it fills the gap I had in the 220 frequency range.

little customer support
the radio IS functional and works... you are on your own when it comes to programming it.. thank god for google! wide on ft end. power as specified.

Okay radio the only thing missing are the Screws that hold the bracket and radio together

Single channel with good power. Good screen.

only last 2 years
i have had 2 within the last 3 years,both have gone belly up.if you want it fixed you have to send it back to china and it is not worth it.i have one from 2012 when it first came in to the u.s. and it works fine so far,the other 2 not so much.will not buy again.
