I bought this flask for my brother who I made The Godfather of our son for his Christmas present. It came when it was supposed to and looks great but it did somehow have the same shipping number as a similar package that was going to New York. I kept checking the shipping and eventually once it said it was delivered to New York I contacted the company and they fixed it right away. All around it was a good experience with both the company and the product! Lettering and detail were perfect just like I wanted
