Absolutely excellent product. Even though it looks small you can fit an awful lot into this product! Looks stylish and lovely and feels like it has been made well. About to adjust the straps easy.

Really nice sized and looking backpack. The one I received however was unfortunately not very well made. The stitching on the straps was very rough which meant that it was very irritating and painful to wear. Also the zip was very flimsy and and came apart easily - fortunately I was able to reconnect it easily. I was very disappointed that I had these problems with the bag as it was otherwise it would have been a perfect day to day bag.However, returning the item and receiving a refund was very quick and easy.

I'm so in love with this bag! It's the perfect size for day to day use and it's nice and spacious. It feels good quality and I've taken it on a few trips abroad and it hasn't got any wear and tear yet. I would say if you are considering getting this as a school bag then dont bother as it wont fit an A4 folder but it's perfect for everything else!

Really lovely backpack, perfect size for what I wanted it for. It comes with a handy coin purse and it has an internal zip pocket and two smaller pouch type pockets in the main section. Note, it does not fit A4, so it wouldn't work as a schoolbag

Super adorable and functional and good quality

I bought the black backpack, it a very weird textured material and the straps are like velcro with leather pasted on the top on one side. Other than that the bag is alright, can fit a decent amount inside, it came quickly too.

Bought from Christmas, for my daughter, still holding on well eventhough been soaked a few times, some Autoglym leather rejuvenator and protectant and its good to go again once dry!.
