The media could not be loaded. The love everything about this, it's sleek, quality feels nice, the water pressure is great! I love the gold color! I get a lot of compliments on this. I'll provide any updates if I have any issues, but so far so good! I would recommend!

We purchased this pot filler to replace a slightly cheaper pot filler that leaked immediately. We installed this one over a month ago now and so far so good. Works well and looks nice. It feels sturdy. Installation was simple. If it leaks I will update this review.

mostly ok to install, it is a faucet so water connections need to be made, I added mine to a sprayer hole on the stainless steel sink and had to install a dbl cold water shutoff for the pot fill and my main faucet. The pot fillers are made to be on rigid counter tops, the metal sink doesn't have the same stability as a counter top would have, so there is flex or movement when I swing it out. It also has an aerator which inhibits the faucets full flow. I probably only need to spend a few minutes and drill out the aerator so it flows more full, I did take the aerator out and tried the water but it sprayed out more than flowing down to the sink. Overall, I'm satisfied with the product

Update:Plumber friend helped me out and took this on as a personal challenge. He explained that the fitting that goes into the pipe should be slightly tapered on both ends to ensure a tight fit. He replace the fitting, added plumber’s tape and “pipe dope” and I am at day 3 with an awesome faucet and a dry wall!! The faucet is sturdy, beautiful, has great reach and pressure. I couldn’t be happier. I love the two handle design. Shuts off easily. I never thought I’d use it as much as I have ! The company did send an email and asked for more info on the leak. I sent info and in the meantime the plumber was here. The seller offered to replace the fitting. I am pleased they reached out. They did not replace fitting as my friend had already done so.Original post:Beautiful faucet but leaky at wall connection… just when I thought it was no longer leaking, after removing and then replacing tile, I discovered it was still slowly dripping into the wall....again. Plumber post was right when he explained- the threading is wrong……

UPDATED:I take full responsibility for my poor initial review (below) The instructions are pictures with little writing. The “shank” is brass and has a large hole on one end and an Allen wrench receptacle on the other; The instructions show the Allen wrench in the end of the shank and the other in the faucet body. What is doesn’t explain and where my misinterpretation came from is that your Allen wrench must be long enough to pass through the large opening in one end pass through the shank and fit into the allen end and that’s the end that threads into the faucet body. I truly apologize for my unnecessary initial review.So far the faucet seems to be of good quality. Instructions could be a bit better.Original review, NOT applicable now:“Unbelievable... just received this faucet and the first part I attempt to assemble does NOT fit. See photo; the threaded brass “shank” is much larger than the threaded hole in the bottom of the “faucet body”NOT HAPPY!!! Let’s see how long it takes to get this fixed!! Seller? Your turn. Great value for the money and easy customer service/warranty. Our first one had a very slow drip leak and they quickly sent us a replacement part that solved the problem. We’ve used it every day for the past year with no further issues. Looks fantastic and love the practicality.

We purchased this to install over our coffee bar for easy refilling of the coffee maker. This works great for its intended use and doesn't leak. The arm on it is sturdy and it feels well made. Take note though, ours did not come with installation instructions. Luckily my husband is a plumber and didn't need them, but if you're relying on instructions... you may want to check on YouTube and see if you can find them prior to installation.

Low quality item! We thought we were smart to go the cheaper route with this item then name brand. Man did we get duped! Do not buy this, it will leak and you will lose your money! We have installed this three times with the plumber and each time it leaked. Reached out to the seller who just claimed it was installed wrong. The plumber whom has redone both of our bathrooms never has had this problem. After paying him three separate appointments we could have just bought the name brand and been done. I requested a refund from the seller and was denied. I am hoping to save the next person some money from our experience. DO NOT BUY THIS POT FILLER.

It was replacement faucet. The original was much more sturdy feeling and moved more effortlessly than this one does. This one fills stiff and cheaper. The instructions weren't very good. It seems good so far and I'm hopefull it will surpise me and move easier after more usage.

Had a problem with the thread going onto the wall adapter. Had to retap thread so we could thread it on far enough. After that everything worked great. Looks great in the Matt black finish.
