It also had a lot of scratches on it, like someone else had already brought it, had the same problem trying to open the battery compartment, and returned it.The item looks like it was tested by someone (likely at the factory), as it had a piece cloth that had been sewed onto, so how did the person who tested it get it open to put batteries in? And even after they had tested it and in someway got batteries in it, they thought, OK, this is passes my Quality Control, despite the battery compartment not being easy to open at all. If it fails at the very first hurdle, I can't even imagine what other problems this would have. I wouldn't accept it if I was paid

The item had a vert poor safety switch which was insecure and prevented the on switch working even when disengaged. The was a bit of a broken spring in the box and generally the build quality was poor. I suppose the main negative was it just would not work properly …. sadly not a good buy. Its being returned.

so hard to thread it, had it for a month cant even use it!!extremely fiddly I found.one day I may be able to actually get it to work then can review how it works...

It's tricky to use a handheld sewing machine in general but as far as Value for money I'm happy with the product

Sorry but a bit of a gimmick. Not as easy as advertised. Do work but be careful
