We've discovered that rats come to our feeders scaring the birds away.This feeder is great. Made of good quality plastic. Strong and sturdy. It's rather large. But look as good.Rats can't fly so food stays in for birds.My son enjoys it. It's in his room.

My garden birds had no hesitation in feeding from this straight away. Lovely design especially lift out tray, soft edging for their feet when feeding and sturdy construction. Good size and sticks well to the window. Easy to clean. Just waiting for the birds to discover it

This came in just a plain cardboard box with a photocopied instruction sheet that the pictures were very blurred. Not an encouraging start. The device is very sturdy and made so well that the detachable tray was hard to get out the first time. My previous window bird feeder had the suckers attached to the back of the device through holes, so I thought this would be so with this one. I could not make out what the metal bits were for! After about a minute or so of struggling, I realised that the metal was hooks that go in the holes. 3 suckers make this a lot more reliable and stable than my last one. All in all a very good purchase. Edit. This as with every other suction cup window bird feeder I have bought, constantly fails. It has dropped so many times now, it is no longer usable as it has smashed into 3 pieces.

It’s amazing product and so suitable for my Mum whose mobility has declined in the last year! She loves watching the birds coming to feed and she can see out of the window and also in the mirror. Easy to fit.

This is the best present for my elderly neighbour as she is house bound, she lives on the 2nd floor it took the birds a few hours to get to know it is there but now they there every morning then return in the afternoon , there is one blue tit that gets in the middle section eats a few mealworms and stops the others getting there shareMy neighbour absolutely love it

Great had blue tits and robins pop in, be patient it took around 4 weeks for birds to trust it. Easy to clean and good in windy and wet conditions.

Purchased this in January quite enthusiastic about it. Attached it to the patio window and waited and waited and waited.......Birda never came within 5 metres of it. Moved it to a different position.....again not the slightest interest. So last month attached it to a fence trellis fairly low down ...added food again.....NO BIRD HAS COME NEAR.We have robins, blue tits, sparrows, the occasional wren, plus blackbirds, magpies and pigeons. No bird has even investigated while I have been sitting in my chair looking out....for hours at a time during this pandemic.So this has been a total waste of money... and a disappointment
