Are the hairs coarse when they grow back in like normal shaving?

Yes. I wouldn’t recommend using this on your face. I used on my legs, removed dead skin too

I have just received these razor. There are 3 in pack, but no instructions. On back states three uses. All same or each for specific use?

They are for all the same. I for mine last week, and got to say they work really well, peach fuzz on my face is gone, skin really soft and a perfect base for applying your make up. 🙂 Hope this helps.
