We had a very old rack everything stuck to it. My husband bought this and we were both impressed with it. It cooked all the way around so no more turning it through out the cooking process. Very easy clean up our old one was ridiculous to clean. The pan and rack are very sturdy! So far we have cooked a prime rib, Ham, and chicken with it every thing turned out perfect. When we received the pan it was in good condition. So far we love it!

First usage Nov 2018: Cooked a 21 pound turkey lathered in butter. Ridge was perfect for crimping aluminum foil tent. Rack stood tall enough so the turkey didn't touch the bottom. Rack didn't slide around or pop out. When I needed to drain the juice all I had to do was remove the rack which was easy with the handles being on the long sides. Picking up the whole pan with the turkey was great. The handles on the pan itself are solid. Because they stick up and not out, it was easier to get it in and out of the oven. After cooking this monster dinosaur for five hours, I was pleased to see the pan wasn't warped, the handles didn't loosen and the bottom was as sturdy as when I began.Cleanup was great. The ridge is big enough to get a scrubber into it, the stainless steel of the pan didn't discolor. The rack cleaned up with a bit of a soak and a scrub with a toothbrush. I am convinced that the sturdiness of this pan is excellent and that it should last.

not the thickest but seems ok. used it once so far, with good results. All stainless construction and heavy duty rack. Perfect size for me, my oven and my birds.

This is a really nice, quality roasting pan. I cooked a 23lb turkey and there was plenty of room for an even larger bird. The stainless steel cleans up nicely and the handles on the removable rack are a really nice feature, which allowed me to easily transfer the turkey to a tray so I could pour off the drippings to make gravy.

This pan was a treat to myself as I've been cooking since childhood and cannot count how many turkeys I've made over the years as I make them for their meat and soup base; not just Thanksgiving. I've always "made do" with a variety of pans, which is fine; but the proper heat distribution makes for a better bird. The pan is made very well, and I am pleased with its quality.

It is easy to clean and sturdy. However the underside of the rim is extremely sharp. I plan on taking it to a metal shop to see if they can round the edge because I cut my finger during the first hand wash.

First of all, this is a lovely pan. The rack is sturdy and holds meats off the bottom very well. It's big, measure your oven to make sure it'll fit. I use the pan minus the rack to make Party Mix at Christmas. This Pandora a great job of holding all those many ingredients. I am pleased with this purchase.
