Heavy quality
The motor is equipped with all metal gears and gearbox which is a fantastic way to gain maximum torque. The base motor is RS 366 which is a good rpm high torque motor though not a RS-775 motor. Could be better using a better and stronger base motor like the RS-555 or even 775. Good packaging and delivery serviceThankyou!

Poor qualty
The gears inside are brass and fragile. They broke on stall load.

Stopped working, problem in gears, can't lift anything, wastage of money.
