App fails iOS 13 and higher
2021 Update: the iOS app no longer work. It is a shame. Can no longer recommend.I purchased this camera intended using it as a baby camera:Pros: - Price: I paid $39.99 plus tax. It is much cheaper than other security camera. - Two-way voice. You can hear and you can talk.. - Cloud Storage plan is optional/not required. - You can live stream up to 4 same cameras without the need of a cloud storage plan subscription. I have tried this multiple times through my AT&T LTE from outside of the house watching (and listening) someone tending my infant at home. - A micro SD memory card slot accepting storage up to 32 GB. You can choose to store videos in the cloud (if you have a subscription plan) or on the memory card without the need for a cloud storage plan. - The camera talks. You can follow the systems voice (pre-recorded) during the setup. - High quality Live stream on the iOS phone app (the latest version as of late Dec 2017) from outside of the house, whether through LTE or wifi. - The night-vision works fine.Cons: - The wifi connection is not very stable. I set up the camera at a location that is less than 6 feet away from my wireless router, which provided excellent signal throughout my 3-story house. With direct line-of-sight and less-than-6-foot distance, it still drops the connections occasionally. Occasional signal drop by itself could be a minor annoyance but not an issue because it reconnects fairly quickly (within a minute). - The camera talks. Combined with the occasional wifi dropping, a talking camera (whether you use it as a baby cam or a security cam) could be an problem. Why? Because every time it reconnects, it goes through the loop of "talking" to you in a fairly loud volume of "wifi is not connected", "wifi is connect", "internet available", and then "Camera is active". Well think this way - if you use this a security cam, and if it loses the signal while a burglary activity is on-going, the camera would expose its location by loudly talking about reconnecting to the wifi. And then the burglar could potentially remove the memory card, and then hard reset the camera (the reset button is easily found on the back of the camera) rendering it useless as a security cam. For my use case as a baby camera, well it has awoken a sleeping baby multiple times so far. There is no way to turn it off or lower the volume the system talking based on latest firmware and iOS phone app as of late Dec 2017. - Live stream on the iOS "phone" app (the latest version as of late Dec 2017 on an iPhone 6) can barely hear any voice or sound its microphone picks up. However on the iPad (the latest version as of late Dec 2017 on an iPad 2017), voice and sound are loud and clear. This potentially could be easily fixed through a future software update. - Systems clock is constantly 5-20 minutes off. You can easily use the phone app to sync the camera system clock with your phone clock. But it will be off again pretty soon. this is not a problem but an annoyance. - When the night vision is activated, you can see a ring of several infrared LED around the lens. Not an issue as a baby camera. But as a security cam, I would prefer that a security cam stay stealth as much as possible. I can easily spot the ring of infrared LED when it is dark. - Lastly, not really a con but it is not clearly listed in the product description that the camera only works with 2.4 GHZ. It does not connects to a 5 GHZ wifi network. My summary: I like the build quality and features it provids. It is a cost-effective and high-CP-ratio entry-level IP cam albeit having more to be desired. It would not make much sense comparing it to something in a higher league, such as Arlo or a nest cam. Comparing to the Amazon Cloud Cam, however, I personally would still go with the Creative IP Cam for its free, "live streaming" and two-way talking features.

NOT Compatible with APPLE IOS 13.1.2
Bought this camera to keep an eye on my pets while I was at work and loved it so much I bought a second! Picture quality isn't perfect, but you can see very clearly in the light as well as the dark. I'm VERY disappointed to find that this morning my Iphone 8 plus updated the software to IOS 13.1.2, and now the ONLY app you can use to view through the cameras is not compatible. DO NOT waste your money if you plan on updating your phone for the rest of your life.

I think the product is ok considering its price. I purchased it to be used as a baby monitor and I think it would work just fine. The app is also ok with ocassional crashes but the most concerning aspects of it is that it frequently crases on newer IPhones (I have an IPhone X and it crashes 2-3 times a day). If I had to purchase a baby monitor again I still consider it but I'd also search for other options.

App doesn’t work
The app just completely stopped working a week ago and won’t go past to load screen before crashing. Not reliable. Had it in my cart to buy three more but I need something that is actually reliable
