Good quality
I bought this to help my husband exercise gently after a hip operation, it works well, the only negative is that the resistance setting is not enough.

Brilliant little exerciser
I have a large, very heavy, exercise bike, which is great - but it’s in another room from the one I like to sit in with my dogs, and I always feel it’s a waste of time sitting on it (alone), pedalling away when I could be out on a real bike, or doing other things whilst pedalling….which is one of the reasons I had given up exercising! But following an accident to my leg in April 18, which virtually immobilised me for 5-6 months, I’ve piled on weight and felt I should do something about it. Also my legs were raised for most of that time to aid healing, and the muscles have wasted somewhat. I spend far too much time on my butt (even before the injury), watching TV, legs up on a coffee table, with my laptop in situ (i.e. on my lap!!). As a result I have put on unwanted weight. I’m not really into serious pedalling these days, but I thought I might be more incentivised with this mini exerciser, and that it would spur me on to exercise more - because I can still sit on the sofa with my laptop, watching TV - and pedalling at the same time, without consciously thinking about it, or realising that I am working my body! It’s always encouraging to see how many calories I have burned - without making too much effort. The exerciser is small and light, taking up very little space, meaning I don’t need to fold it up and put it away after use. Also, because it’s the first thing I see in the mornings, when I come downstairs, it’s less easy to forget to use it - and I can do so whilst supping my first cup of tea, and breakfasting. It sets me up for the day by releasing endorphins, keeping my heart ticking over nicely, and raising my pulse (which has always been low) to a healthy level without making me too breathless. There is a tension knob to adjust the resistance, so the tension can be increased gradually over time to make exercise tougher, make the body work harder, and boost circulation. I hadn’t ever seen a mini exerciser like this before, and I certainly hadn’t seen an arm exerciser. This was the main reason I bought it - because I have always been embarrassed about my ‘bat wings’. To exercise my arms, I just lift the exerciser from the floor, and place it on the same table that I usually rest my legs on, because it’s at just about the right height. The non-slip feet prevent it from moving as my arms move in forward circles and, although I can’t use my laptop at the same time, I can of course continue to watch TV. Beware, though, if you buy this as a present/surprise - because it is delivered in its own box - which is a giveaway!

Fantastic for keeping you moving
Fantastic. Recommended by physio following total knee replacement. Can’t believe how this helped to get me mobile again. 6 weeks on and using twice a day. Relieves stiffness and keeps circulation going too. This is going to be my daily routine from now on regardless. Even purchased one for office as sit at desk all day and this will help with keeping me free moving and prevent stiffness can use under desk while working. Basic piece of equipment but you really don’t need expensive exercise bikes to achieve results. Get yourself one, even if you haven’t had surgery

Basic and works ok, but a bit flimsy.
This little pedal machine is ok, certainly for the price in Black Friday deals it is fine and I'm sure it will be used. However, I feel like there are a few things that let it down. Firstly, it came out of the box already cracked on one of the pedals which shows it's a bit flimsy. Secondly, it has an opening on the end of the pedals where the washer is exposed. I first tried it while wearing socks and the fabric got trapped and twisted up as I pedalled, also the edge of the washer feels a little sharp. As other reviews have mentioned it travels, even with the non-slip mat. I also found the resistance wasn't very much, even when I tighten the bolt it loosen after a few minutes. The positives are it's simplicity, it is easy to move it around between rooms to use on the sofa or under the desk and it folds very easily.

Good value for money. Easy to assemble, to use and to transport. Very useful with my older adult clients.

Lightweight without sliding about.
Easy to use, makes a bit of a squeak but not too much of a problem. Comes with a nice little non slip mat to place it on. Folds away for easy storage. I use mine on a ceramic tiled floor in kitchen with non slip mat underneath. and it seems to stay in place. It taakes a while to find the best position but once you have got it in place it is good to go. Also easy to pick p and use on work top to exercise arms.

Pedaliera basic, parzialmente pieghevole, leggera.
