These decorations are simply beautiful. The colors are true to the pictures. The paper fans take seconds to be put together and come with instructions. All banners in the set come pre-strung with beautiful silver ribbons! Balloons are high quality. The hat and the cake-topper are super cute. And the “hot air balloon” garland is still hanging in my little boy’s room - makes a perfect baby boy‘s room decor.The seller was super attentive and open to solve any issues, if any. Thanks for this great set! Highly recommend it to anyone throwing a bday party for their little boy! Saves so much time and money!

I think for the price this is a great decor kit. A few little issues I noticed is that a few of the garlands didn't come with string... And the hate that he is supposed to wear is TINY and didn't have a chin strap. There is no way to keep it on. But other than that it's definitely the best u can't get for 20 bucks :)

Adorable decorations! Made the 1st birthday of my nephew so much special!I was a little worried that at this price there is a chance I would get low quality items. But was pleasantly surprised! They are Top Quality and I can say a designer worked on the mix of colors and decorations... as it makes a beautiful and premium looking product.If you are looking for birthday decorations that don’t look kitschy and for a great price, I highly recommend this kit.

This kit is very nice, great quality, amazing colors. It has everything we needed to make some beautiful pictures for our baby boy 1st bday - happy birthday banner, several garlands, paper decorations, balloons and huge number 1 balloon, baby hat for the party, cake topper, and even used the “I am 1 today” banner to decorate the highchair. Can’t believe it sells for such a good price for all it has to offer!

I ordered this set of first birthday decor about a month ago. Never opened it. Opened today for my sons birthday which is tomorrow. There are NO BALOONS in the package. Now I have to run to the store and grab some. Very disappointed to be honest.

Cute stuff and great value. Quality isn’t spectacular (balloons didn’t last that long and everything is just a bit cheap) but considering it’s mostly only needed for a few hours it did the job.

Great product! Exactly as pictured! I used this with some other blue decor I had to tie into my son's 1st birthday party theme. We split the decorations between living & dining rooms.

The main balloons in this package came dammaged and defective!! With holes Or etc. One was do badly defective my husband just started blowing it up and it popped, sending glitter everywhere and THE BALLOON POPPED IN HIS EYE. Thabkfully his eye is ok....So disappointed in this purchase! Would return if i could.
