Elgi Ultra 750 W Stainless Steel Dura Mix Cum Juicer Mixer Grinder (Titanium Gold, 2018)

I've just about used this for one day to make coconut milk, blend some carrots and some black pepper, so this would not be a long term review. I had a Panasonic mixer for about 4 years, but it had worn out and I wanted to upgrade to something premium. It is a bit on the expensive side, but I feel its worth the premium paid.Build quality: 9/10Everything about this is top notch. I only wish that the jars' bottom was also made of stainless steel, so that when it sits, it would not wear. Really solid build.Durability: ?(8/10)The metal couplers is definitely an advantage. In face, all the moving parts of this mixer is metal and that is a plus. They have a weird closing mechanism for the other end of the lid, which you could see in the pics, but the plastic lid is really strong. Also, the spring loaded closing system is a concern, since if it fails, the lid might not be able to hold on to the lid. I've added a question mark because I don't know how it'd hold up long term. It might exceed expectations or might let me down.Functionality: 9/10This mixer just has enough horsepower to smash everything thrown its way. Of course I haven't tried anything too hard, but to give you a perspective at max speed, it took me less than 10 seconds to finely grind the coconut. The black peppers too took less than 10 secs. The locking mechanism is tight but smooth. Quite quiet.Aesthetics: 8/10Looks beautiful. The finish, the dial and buttons are not cheap looking, but the enamelling could have had a matte finish for a more premium look, IMO.
