When I opened my book light, I was glad to see it was sturdy and not flimsy. I bought it as a gift for my grandson so it had to be able to take abuse. When evening arrived and the room was dark, I turned It on with a book in hand. The print was very clear, and the brightness adjustable. At least I didn’t feel any eyestrain. This light has three brightness settings, including one that is reduced-glare yellow which I found comfortable in a slightly dark room. Light did not reflect off the page so brightly when the page was shiny.

I am an avid book reader, and love to read every night in bed before falling asleep. The last 6 years or so I have read on my mini iPad. Due to increasing difficulty with falling asleep and staying asleep, it was recommended to me to stop all electronic viewing two hours prior to going to bed, and to stop reading on the iPad. My eyes are tired by evening, so I bought this book light to be able to read books again. It is a great light! Warm light with three settings is just what I needed. I have had the light for about 10 days, and the last 3 nights have had such improved sleep.

This book LED light could be very handy and useful for reading books. It is also be used as a night mini lamp. The light coverage is amazing. It has 6 build-in LEDs lights with 3 settings. It can provide you both warm and cool light effects. This light is flexible and provide 360 degrees functionality. It is a very useful miniature device which definitely help you during emergency, travelling, night time.It only needs 3 AAA batteries, if you want to use this without wire. You also have USB port which can work very well but it does not charge the light.

Haven't had a chance to use this often, so have no report on longevity, but so far, it's been a great purchase. It's small, and easy to keep in a backpack, purse, or bag for transport. I use it when traveling, and it works well with books and my Kindle. The light looks tiny, but angled properly, it illuminates the pages well, and has three levels of brightness. The clip is sturdy and opens up to about an inch, if needed. The neck looks deceptively thin and therefore, flimsy, but it's actually very sturdy. This is a great little light.

This is a simple book light, powered by 3 x AAA batteries, not included. It also comes with a USB lead which is quite puzzling as it does NOT contain a rechargeable battery (it said it did in some of the previous Q&As). You can plug it into a device I suppose, but I don't see the point. The light has three setting of brightness and colour (warm or cool light). It does the job at a good price. Quite light in order to clip to a paperback book.

I am SO happy with this little light! It was just what I needed. I love to read at night but lights tend to distract my husband, so I tried so many booklights and they all either broke quickly, were way to heavy to clip to a book or had short battery life. This one is perfect: 5 led light settings that directly illuminate both my pages (even on the low setting), it's not too bright so it doesn't bug my hubby, and it's not too heavy for a paper back book. It feels good to hold, the light goes on easily. It really is just what I needed. Very happy with this purchase!

It's easy to use, sturdy enough to stay fixed where you want it while still flexible enough to direct it and maneuver it.And the 3 different color/brightness options for the lighting are excellent because there are times I push myself harder than I should to finish a chapter, and the brighter light helps, while the yellow lights are easier on the eyes when I'm more relaxed. I also don't worry about dropping it and breaking it or stuffing it into my overloaded bag on the way to work because it seems like it's fairly indestructible unless you wanted to smash it with a mallet. Definitely the best reading light I've ever owned.

This is a great book light. The light is bright enough to illuminate the entire book, not just one side.The options for light color (warm to cool) and brightness give great flexibility. The neck is long enough and flexible enough to position easily but not so loose that you can't get it to stay where you want it.Well thought out and well designed. I would definitely buy it again.
