I have been using this product for quite sometime. I like the easy to swallow effective capsules. There is an odor that I don’t prefer, but it’s not strong enough to prevent my usage.

I know this is a good product.It's the only brand of Selenomethionine my doctor wanted me to use. That said, the smell coming from the capsule is so foul, I could not take it more than one day. Dr. Google said the more foul (like rotten eggs or cabbage ) the more pure the product. But you can taste this for 24 hours and it was not something I can stomach. Buyer beware.
